SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes how orders placed on our online store specializing in women's watches (the "Website," "we," "us," or "our") are shipped and delivered to customers located in France, Germany, and other member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area ("EEA"), as well as to customers in other jurisdictions who choose to shop with us.

We operate on a dropshipping model, meaning that orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international supplier(s) and fulfillment partner(s) rather than from a warehouse we physically operate. Please read this Policy carefully, as certain timeframes and procedures described here differ from a traditional retail shipping model as a result.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory right you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the delivery-related rights described in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which take precedence over any conflicting provision of this Policy.

3. OUR DROPSHIPPING / INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT MODEL

3.1 How Orders Are Fulfilled

When you place an Order, it is transmitted to our third-party supplier(s) and fulfillment partner(s), who may be located outside of Brazil and outside of the European Union, for picking, packing, and dispatch directly to your delivery address. We do not hold physical inventory of most or all Goods ourselves; as a result, Goods are shipped internationally on a per-order basis rather than from local, pre-stocked warehousing.

3.2 Multiple Parcels and Suppliers

Where your Order includes multiple items, those items may be fulfilled by different suppliers or from different international origins, and may therefore arrive in separate parcels, at different times, and with different tracking numbers, even though you placed and paid for them as a single Order. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you if your Order will be split into multiple shipments.

3.3 Country of Origin

Because of our international dropshipping model, the country from which your Goods are physically dispatched may differ from Brazil and may vary by product, by supplier, and over time. Where required by applicable customs or consumer information rules, the country of dispatch and/or origin will be identified on the shipping label, the customs declaration, or in tracking information provided to you.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to France, Germany, and other destinations as indicated at checkout on the Website. Availability of shipping to a specific address is confirmed automatically during the checkout process; if we are unable to ship to your address for any reason, this will be indicated before you complete payment, or we will notify you and issue a full refund if the issue is discovered after payment.

5. PROCESSING TIME

"Processing time" refers to the time between when you place your Order and when it is picked, packed, and handed over to a shipping carrier by our supplier or fulfillment partner. Because fulfillment is carried out internationally by third parties, processing time typically ranges from one (1) to seven (7) business days, depending on the product, supplier location, and order volume, and will be indicated as accurately as possible on the relevant product page or at checkout. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the transit time described in Section 6 below.

6. ESTIMATED TRANSIT AND DELIVERY TIMES

6.1 Estimated Timeframes

Because Goods are shipped internationally through a dropshipping model, estimated delivery times to France, Germany, and other EU/EEA destinations are generally longer and less predictable than for domestically warehoused goods, and typically range from seven (7) to thirty (30) business days from dispatch, depending on the origin location, the destination country, the shipping method selected, and customs clearance procedures. Where possible, a specific estimated delivery window will be displayed on the product page or at checkout for the item(s) you are ordering.

6.2 Estimates, Not Guarantees

All delivery timeframes provided on the Website, at checkout, in your Order Confirmation, or in any other communication are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed, given the number of factors outside our direct control in an international dropshipping model, including customs processing, carrier network delays, and local postal service performance in the destination country. Where a delivery date was not expressly agreed as essential to the Contract, reasonable variation from the estimate does not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

6.3 Delivery Beyond a Reasonable Time

Notwithstanding Section 6.2, if your Order has not been delivered within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery window communicated to you, or within a longer period if expressly disclosed for a specific product at the time of purchase, please contact us at contact@minoran.com. In accordance with Article 18 of the Consumer Rights Directive, if we fail to deliver within a reasonable additional period after you have called upon us to do so, you may be entitled to terminate the Contract and receive a full refund for the undelivered Goods.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your Order, based on your delivery destination, the Goods ordered, and the shipping method available for that Order. Any order thresholds for free shipping, where offered, will be indicated on the Website. Shipping costs are non-refundable except as required under Section 3.4 of our Refund and Return Policy in the case of withdrawal, or where the Goods are defective, damaged, or non-conforming as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT VAT, AND TAXES

8.1 Cross-Border Nature of Shipments

Because Goods are dispatched internationally under our dropshipping model, shipments to France, Germany, and other EU/EEA destinations are subject to customs clearance upon entry into the destination country or the European Union.

8.2 Who Pays Import Charges

Depending on the value of your Order, the specific product, and the customs regime applicable at the time of shipment (including, where applicable, the EU Import One-Stop Shop ("IOSS") scheme for consignments valued at or below EUR 150), import VAT and/or customs duties may either be: (a) collected by us or our fulfillment partner at the time of your purchase and remitted to the relevant tax authority, in which case no further charge should be due on delivery; or (b) payable by you directly to the customs authority or delivery carrier at the time of import, if not collected at checkout. We will indicate at checkout, to the extent reasonably possible, whether import charges are included in your Order total or may be charged separately on delivery.

8.3 Your Responsibility

Where import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees are not collected at checkout, you are responsible for payment of any such charges levied by customs authorities or the delivery carrier in your country upon import of the Goods. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information specific to your country before placing an Order. Refusal to pay applicable import charges, resulting in the Goods being returned to the sender or destroyed by customs, may result in a partial refund only (net of shipping costs and any charges incurred by us as a result), except where the underlying legal guarantee of conformity described in our Refund and Return Policy applies.

8.4 Customs Documentation

Goods will be accompanied by the customs declarations and documentation required under applicable international shipping regulations. You agree to cooperate as reasonably necessary with customs clearance procedures, including providing accurate identification or documentation if requested by customs authorities in your country.

9. ORDER TRACKING

Once your Order (or, where applicable, each parcel of a split Order as described in Section 3.2) has been dispatched by our supplier or fulfillment partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available from the carrier used. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your estimated processing period, please contact us at contact@minoran.com.

10. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

In accordance with Article 20 of the Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a consumer, risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you only upon your (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) taking physical possession of the Goods. If you have engaged your own carrier for delivery, instead of a carrier proposed or arranged by us, risk passes to you upon handover of the Goods to that carrier. Title to the Goods passes to you upon our receipt of full payment for the relevant Order.

11. LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

11.1 Lost Parcels

If tracking information indicates that your parcel is lost, or if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window described in Section 6, please contact us at contact@minoran.com. We will investigate with the relevant carrier and/or supplier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, will offer you, at your choice, a replacement (where the item remains available) or a full refund.

11.2 Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or its contents arrive visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us at contact@minoran.com as soon as reasonably possible, ideally with photographs of the damaged item and packaging, so that we may assess the issue with our supplier or the carrier and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

11.3 Incorrect Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, misdelivered, or returned to the supplier as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, any costs of reshipment may be charged to you, except where the error resulted from our systems or communications.

12. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

As described in Section 3.2, where your Order is fulfilled from multiple suppliers or origins, you may receive some items before others. Each parcel will be accompanied by its own tracking information where available, and any issue affecting one parcel (such as loss, damage, or delay) will not, in itself, affect your right to receive or be refunded for other parcels within the same Order.

13. RETURNS AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Provisions regarding your right to withdraw from your Order within fourteen (14) days, the return process, and related shipping cost allocation are set out in full in our separate Refund and Return Policy. Please note that, because of our international dropshipping model, return addresses may vary by supplier or product, and you should always contact us at contact@minoran.com before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfillment partners, shipping practices, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Changes made after you place an Order will not retroactively apply to that Order, except where required by a mandatory legal provision.
